What a sad thing...

I have to say when I saw this on the news yesterday I was on a elyptical machine at the gym and I almost cried.

What a sad thing to have happen to such a giving, kind, extrememly talented person.

So I read late into the night about how after he did the Bob Dylan movie he had a hard time sleeping. His mind would still be racing but his body would be exhausted. Also on the TODAY show this morning they mentioned that he had an increasing difficult time trying to de-role from the JOKER character that he played on this latest Batman movie.
And they played a clip of the movie....very scary! And I don't mean in a theatrical sense.

What I am going to write about here for the next few minutes is the tipping your hand into the "dark side" that we all have inside ourselves, I think.

Some can dip in and dip out and have no problem functioning in society as a "normal" citizen. you see this all the time with child molesters. And I am in no way saying Heath was on that level. Just read on.

But some can't dip in and dip out so easily.

You have to know this is all "just guessing" on my part. BUT...I think Heath's death was definietly accidental and i think it may have been due to the "tipping his hand" into the dark side of his spirit/soul. Once again I will say that i think we all have this side. Most of us are scared to death of it and will never venture there. But Heath did for this part, the JOKER and maybe for the Bob Dylan part as well. Once you see the clips and the actual FULL MOVIE, only then will you maybe get a glimps of what I am trying to explain here.

I think maybe the "actors and actresses" in Hollywood need some "mental health" support...extra when going into ROLES such as the ones Heath found himself in and chose on a consicious level. De-roling is something that is done in therapy when you do a piece of emotional work. Say for instance you have someone play the role of your abuser, at the end you de-role by saying "I know you're my friend Blain and not my abuser Blake". That way the brain is already getting the signal that you're not still in the abuse situation.

Playing with the mind is a dangerous thing, if you don't know what you're doing.

I wish him well on his journey to wherever he is heading.
My heart goes out to Matilda Rose his daughter and all his family and friends who loved him dearly.

We will all miss him hugely! For he brought to the screen some characters that taught us life lessons on a grand scale!

I salute you Heath Ledger!
